The last ten years of my life have been incredible, exhausting, and completely exhilarating.

On October 20th, 2010 I hit what I call my rock bottom.  I was broken, scared(of everything), and alone.  And I hated being alone. You see I didn’t know how to be in a healthy relationship with myself.  It was the opposite, I hated myself.  I hated the man I saw in the mirror looking back at me everyday. To cope I turned to things outside of myself.  I used women, television, and video games to escape my pain filled reality.  I had what I call a failed relationship with self.

That was my rock bottom and it was pretty dark.  Then I tried something new.  I turned inward.  I dove head first into ME and everything changed forever, for the better. I did this by opening up and sharing vulnerably with another.  I shared about childhood secrets which I had kept hidden away from anyone and everyone and it shook me to my core - in the absolute best of ways.

Needless to say, I am still a work in progress . . . but one thing I am clear on is my desire for more intimate levels of connection. More one-on-one interactions that are real and vulnerable.  I love vulnerable.

I know you know what I'm talking about. The kind of interaction that is raw, meaningful and from the heart, not guarded with our 'put on a happy face' armor and fear of judgment.

I want to live more fully in the truth of who I am, and even more, I want to help you live more fully in the truth of who you are. That’s why I provide a simple service for complex decisions.
